Twitching, Jerks, and Spasms - BFS?

HI, Ive been having twitching for a few weeks now. I also have jerks, especially at night. Does BFS come with muscle spasms as well? I have muscle spasms that seem to "roam" around me. From my arms, legs, and now in my lower back. I was in the ER and they did blood tests and ruled everything out. I was freaking out thinking it was ALS or MS and the ER dr. thru in Huntingtons Disease because of the muscle spasms. He scared the crap outta me. Are these spasms normal for this? My neurologist who I see for botox injections for neck spasms said these twitches were stress and anxiety related.

Have had lots of muscle pains ... sometimes migrating other times constant in one muscle.

Acutally, with me it not so much as muscle pains as tendon pains (the point where the muscle attaches to the bone). The muscles do get sore though but the tendons hurt lot more.

Other with similar experiences please chime in.
