Nope. Its quite common for BFSers to have difficulty sleeping through the night, due in large part to the fact that the stronger twitches can wake you up. That, coupled with anxiety of course makes for a bad nights sleep. You're not alone and its nothing to be worried about. Also, the feet and legs are among the most common places to twitch, even among those who don't twitch enough to have BFS. For instance, my mom told me that after she exercises the arches of her feet twitch, almost after every workout. She said its always been that way, she just never cared enough to notice it.
