Welcome to the pulling-your-hair-out group. Actually, I think someone posted last week that same question and a number of people replied that they do have twiches that are more prominent on one side than the other. My left side has a lot more cramping and twitching than the right. I battle with the perceived weakness, too. It's very frightenting when it starts, but most of us have been through that fear before. Usually the anxiety we feel about it just intensifies the twitching. Most of us have had to go through a neurological evaluation which is difficult to say the least, but my neurologist said that BFS is the most common cause of twitching, so I hope that helps. Take care, get a lot of sleep and try not to worry- big order, I know.
