Twitching in Left Hand Palmaris

Hi everyone. For the past two weeks, I have had a constant twitch in one specific spot on my hand. It's my left hand, on the side of the palm, the pinky side of the hand, down where the hand meets the wrist. Through constant googling, I found that this may be called a palmaris brevis spasm. Aside from this, I get very very few twitches elsewhere. They are few and far between, but they're there - calves, shoulder, thighs, etc. This past week, I had a job interview and my mind was completely consumed by this. So, for the past four days I didn't pay attention to my hand and it seemed to go away. Now it's back. I don't know if it was there for the past four days but my mind was off it so I didn't realize it or what. Or if it really subsided and is now back. I don't have any weakness or atrophy (aside from the fact that I'm naturally stronger on my right than my left) but for some reason I'm still worried that it's ALS. Any input to put my mind at ease?

Just a hotspot. They are common with BFS and that spot in particular. I know how hard it is not to worry. You can't just turn it off, but it will pass. Once your anxiety about that twitch subsides, it will calm down.

My left palm is also twitching from a week and I also find I can reproduce it by pressing with a finger a particular point of the elbow, where there is the ulnar nerve. Is it this? I guess it is just another rappresentation of BFS :D)
