Twitching in Left Foot and Hand

I have recently had some very weird twitching. I posted here a while back complaining of twitches in my pinky/ring fingers on my left hand and the coresponding toes on my left foot. Since then it subsided for a while, but then came back. Ive noticed now that curling my toes on my left foot and then releasing makes my small/second to smallest toe on my left foot twitch visibly, and it also makes my ring/pinky fingers on my left hand twitch. I also have had a twitching eyelid that lasted for about a week, but has now stopped.

The twitches in my fingers and toes occur somewhat on both sides, but are much more pronouced on my left side. Is this indicative of BFS or possibly somthing much more malignant such as ALS or a brain tumor?

Id also suggest to get on Magnesium now.

I just take pills..I was at 500mg a day..Im going to 750 mg a day.

I ussually have 3 or 4 episodes a day of twitching.

today ive had 6 or 7 so far..

blah

I also supplement 500 mg of calcium..but I might go to 1000 mg of Mag and Calcium and 200 mg of potassium

I went to see a doctor when it first started back in January. At the time he said I passed all the physical tests and there was no sign of weakness or anything. I took magnesium and it seemed to get rid of it. Now that the twitching has started back I've started again, but I just started up so I suppose it takes some time to fully act.
