Twitching in Ear - Possible ALS?

I have a question:I have very often this twitch in my ear!So then it twitches in the eardrum!You know that surely?If this also occurs in ALS twitching??

I have this.quite regularly in my left ear... Feels / sounds like a gentle tapping. i also have tinnitus, a high pitched noise quite regularly too.
