Twitching in Back with BFS?

I have had bodywide twitching for several months. These last days it has really calmed down. Only twitching once in a while. But I get twitches in my back in the same muscle a lot more than any other place. Is this common for bfs?Kari

Bad' is in the eye of the beholder. Yes, it is normal for people to have hot spots or muscle spasms in the same location, but an event is what it is until you assign a value to it. The reason I'm approaching it from this perspective is to perhaps help you realize that the level of fear or anxiety you assign to conditions such as this will directly affect your level of happiness and well-being, which in turn has the power to make you feel better or worse. We always have a choice to let external events control our peace of mind or to not give them that power.

It's very common to have hotspot or places that twitch more than others. Eventually your current hotspot will move somewhere else in the future which is also "bfs normal".
