Twitching in Arms and Feet

Does anyone have twitches around their elbow? How about ones in the bottom of your forearm that cause different fingers to move? I have them in my left foot almost all the time and in my upper arms near the top. I have had these all over for about 2 years now. I have had them in the hands before...but now my right forearm is twitching really bad and its so bad it makes my fingers pull down. Has anyone had this or something similar? Any reply is apprecaited, after almost 2 years these twitches just wont slow down and keep changing.

Thanks!

Chris-

My twitches were exclusive in my foot for about 3 months. I had an emg in that foot/my right arm and my neck and back. They did an NCV and the values were normal. This went on for about 6 more months and they spread to my arms/legs/hands. I have them constantly around my elbow, frequently in my forearms and ALL the time still in my left foot. My left foot has been hurting for about a week now, and I am really worried about the twitches in my forearms. I guess what really gets me is these have not slowed down, I read that twitches that start in hands/feet are more indicative of (you know what)...and since they will not stop in my foot (for almost 2 years now) I am just worried sick. I am tired all the time, I feel like I need to sleep when I get home from work. But then again my job is on the computer for 8 hours and boring. I was worried when my Nero said for me to come back if I had any symptoms and he REFUSED to say the twitches were benign even after he did an EMG on my right arm and leg. Whats funny is that I heard a lot of static and popping on the EMG and asked him if it was bad...he said "nope thats just our lighting system that makes the EMG go crazy". He said the odds of me having ALS were almost nill but to come back if I had any weakness. I guess that was just not good enough for me. I wanted him to tell me he knew others that had BFS, but he didnt know of anyone else that had had them as long as me.

Nothing to worry about. Part of bfs. I have everything you wrote about the hands, elbow, forearm and the dreaded fingers twitches for over three years. Believe me, I know how you feel. It's very annoying but again benign.
