Twitching, Heat Sensations: Possible Issue?

Hello! I was just wondering if any of you have experienced sensations of heat or cold. I am having a period of heavy twitching now and I also have feelings of heat in various spots. The sensation stays only for a second or little more and then it is gone. It can be anywhere on the body too. It is usually felt in a small spot like 2x2cm or something. I wonder if I should ask my doctor about this.

I have had sensations of heat over my eyebrow. I don't know if it means anything. I'd mention it to my Dr. just in case. It's probably just related to the twitching.
