Twitching Hands & Fingers: 2 Years

I've posted about this many times. My hands and fingers have been my hot spot for quite sometime. Two years with this bfs. Lately my hands and fingers twitch just about all day as well as my forearms. Mornings are even worse with numbness. I just wanted to know if there were anybody else out there still with similar symptoms.

Yep, but the weird thing is they go away for a little while then come back. Usually the same spots. Upon a lot of use they twitch also. Calves never go away

Lately, my arches and calves and even the sides of my feet are my hots spots. My hands, arms and shoulders are pretty quite. But then that will switch around. Seem pretty BFS'sh to to me. )
