Twitching Hamstring After 8 Months

Ok so after 8 months of all the other twitches I started to calm down and accept the twitches here and there. Mainly in calfs but can be anywhere. Until tonight though I never noticed any in my right hamstring. All of a sudden BANG! My right hamstring started twitching. Big twitche/spasms. It would fire for a while then quit. Then again. Been doing it for the last 2 hours and its very hard to ignore because it feels like the whole hammy twitches. Anyone's else experience this. Does it sound normal? Any suggestions? Thanks

I get that also....when it twitches there its super annoying....my BFS when its in full flare mode I have gotten cramps in glutes and hammys and that is a horrible sensation. so to answer your question...yes I get that....probably once a week at least.

I do too. I started with the calves some 9 months ago and occasionally everywhere else, but in the last month the twitches are in my thighs a lot and arms etc. I feel the thigh ones more, both hamstrings and quads because they're really strong. I can see the movement through clothes. I get them on a contracted muscle as well, for example in the legs when I drive. This prompted me to have my second EMG, which only showed a few fascics but no denervation. I'm trying to get used to these as well, after no weakness yet, but I must admit I still worry :(

Thought I would tack on to this one.Yes, I get the strong ones too! I'm just (hopefully) getting over my shoulder freak out, but have noticed some very strong twitches in my left thigh and bum, and many other times where I could tell they were ramping up to twitch (if you know what I mean) but just didn't.Left my leg feeling weird. Tight, kind of like a tension band is around most of it. Freaked me out a bit.

ALS patients do not feel anything different. Everything is normal except something does not work. feelings = nothing. no function = cause for concern.
