Twitching Frequency from 1-10

if 1 is only a a few twitches a day and 10 is constant 24 hour a day twitching where do you standi know this is a rather crude and simple metric but that's how i like itme, i don't really get pain, very occassional pains here and there, not severe at all, just very mild pains, not even cramps - but with regard to twitching, it varies in frequency, sometimes i can twitch frequently throughout the day (not 24/7 i.e. i am not having a twitch every moment of every day) but on average i'd say i get about 10 random twitches an hour, sometimes a lot more, sometimes a lot less, can happen in any part of the body - usually the twitch will repeat three or four times and then stop, it may return again soon after or sometimes i get hotspots too, longest hotspots have been thenar muscle in right hand and above the left eye - both lasted about a month (not constantly, but just frequent repeated twitches in those areas)......other things i have had are insomnia (waking in the middle of the night at the exact same time for about a month) hyper reflexes during high anxiety periods, very occassional strong muscle jerks during high anxiety periods - waking up with numb arms or legs - twitches that have moved the finger overall, not too bad at all, and only somewhat unbearable during periods of high anxiety, as i said i have had this for about 18 years and i can honestly say only for about 4 or 5 months during that entire period has it really freaked me outon the twitching scale, i would say i have longevity but not as a high a level of intensity and discomfort as many so i'd mark myself as a 4 or 5what about you?

Hi PG, check out this thread...and on your scale of 1-10, I think I would be a 9. Not sure why not just say 10, being humble. ;)cheers,G

10Calves and feet twitch every second of every day. 100 a minute or so. Sea of motion in my calves and feet all the time. Random twitches everywhere else all the time as well. Two years of this now...
