Twitching Frequency: 24/7?

I read many people saying that they twitch 24/7. What I would like to know is whether this means you can feel a twitch every 5 seconds, every minute, every 5 minutes, every half an hour, hour... or just occassionally throughout the day.

I feel my twitches only occassionally in random spots (maybe on average every 15 minutes a twitch). Sometimes I feel the buzzing in my legs. Like today I felt the sole of my foot vibrating. It was weeeeird.

Now I have this itchy feeling in my throat which is making me cough. I could be coming down with a common cold but hey! It's a lot more fun thinking it's related to the bulbar onset, right?!

Also, when I put my hand on any part of my arm or leg I can feel fine pulsating... like fine rapid twitching. Fibrillations? Can they be felt in any other way but an EMG?

well, personally, when i say 24/7, i mean that i have a twitch somewhere every few seconds. For instance, for days now i have had a twitch in my left forearm (just below the elbow) that comes on every 3-4 seconds. And i have one in my right hand (outer part, just below pinkie) that happens every few seconds. As for the one in my calf, it is also constant, but at a slower rate -- about every minute or so. Often the ones in my hand can be seen but not felt -- other times i may have a twitch somewhere that is the opposite; i can feel it but not see it. And i can TOTALLY relate to the buzzing (i call it vibrating) sensations. My hands AND feet buzzed 24/7 for months -- and by that, i mean EVERY second of EVERY day for months. Indeed, it is all weird...but at least it is not fatal :)

When I say 24/7 I also mean somewhere, usually a couple spots on my face, I twitch every few seconds. I have numerous hotspots that twitch every few seconds for 20, 30, 40 hours straight and I have been at this for 9 years, as a result sleep very little and could put my fist through the wall I am so frustrated. I am very grateful for 15 minutes "off".

For me it was more a few times during the day, like 10-20 times a day.
today it has decreased to 1 or 2 per day (when I say 1 it could be a single twitch or a fast sequence lasting a few seconds).

My legs and feet twitch many a second. I dont always feel them but I can see them all the time. I feel them mostly after exercise or in the morning.

lately (last 3 days) they have reduced, perhaps due to Pedialyte.

I havent had any body wide twitches since I got my anxiety under control.

Note: Twitches you can see or feel are NOT fibrolations.
