Twitching for 9 Months: Help?

Hi everyone ... I need you again... So my feet have been twitching for almost 9 months non stop and my calves have now joined my feet... They are nonstop and I feel like my twitches are moving upwards. My twitches are so fine and I can barely feel them ... They just tickle me which makes me very worries as they say als twitches are like that. Please let me know if anyone also gets the fine twitches that I do in both feet and calves . Also did any of you start with feet twitching then calves ?

Same. I get them all over but started in feet and quickly to calves. Now thighs too. The rest are more random. Feet don't stop. And they are small and fine and many I can't see.

Also seems like you've been twitching a long time and had an emg already. So don't worry.

It looks like you and I are very much alike. My calves are driving mr crazy I just don't want them to move upwards anymore. I used to get random twitches in my calves but not like this constant fine ones that I get now . Hopefully it will go away .

If you've been dealing with this for so long, don't let something new worry you. They wouldn't be benign for so Long and then not be

Fine twitches, coarse twitches, foot twitches, leg twitches.... really doesn't matter.You've been twitching a long time, you've been to more than one neuro, you've been told they are benign.... that matters.GlowGreenPS For the record, I have almost continuous very fine twitches in both feet, have done for a long time and I'm as fine as my twitches are.

Thanks GlowGreen! I was just hoping that the constant twitches would stay in my gmfeet but it looks like it's moving upwards. But I guess like you said it doesn't matter.
