Twitching for 5 Months: BFS?

My twitching started 5 months ago and I have a new thing if I stretch my left pinky out away from second finger it causes it to twitch 3 or 4 times and you can see it pull in on the right side of my palm is this a BFS twitch?

I guess so. I have this kind of twitch between my thumb and index, it is like some kind of delayed muscle twitch response. It may also be myokymia. From what was answered in my topic, a lot of people experience at one time or another. BFS twitch one way or the other.

happens to me. your probably have anxiety issues. i have calmed down over the months and it stopped.
