Twitching for 4 Years - Concerned

first off, I have been twitching for almost 4 years, has 2 neuro appts with 2 emgs last year, and no disease (excpept Carpal Tunnel and Ulnar impigements). I have twitched all over at one time or another, but still get concerned when a new twitch pops up. This new one is on the outside of my leg, below my calf, above the anke. It's been 4 days. Anyone ever get twitches there?

I had that exact twitch you are talking about for about 2 weeks, in fact, I could point my toe inward and downward, then relax and make it happen on demand.

I'm not sure why, but out of all of the twitches that I have had, I found that one the most annoying; I think because it was so easily felt.

It'll go away soon I bet, good luck !

Nothing to worry about. I've had the exact same twitch all the time.

Pretty much every muscle below my knee twitches.
