Twitching for 4 Weeks: Bruised Spot?

So I noticed today that my thigh had a tender sore spot, like a bruised feeling exactly where it's been twitching (4 weeks now) has anyone else noticed this? Thank you

Yes, it's to be expected. I had a sore hand and thumb when mine was twitching for like 2 months. The neurologists (because I saw 2) both said it was normal.

my right thigh is twtching for 6 days now nonstop

Yes, 100 % normal - you had involuntary activity here so it is a bit normal.plus people in BFS often have or develop anew a kind of fibromyalgia at which literally every cm of muscles may ache as it was vruised or strained. It does not harm other than unpleasant sensations.

It's making me so anxious as it's 4 weeks in the same spot now

I had read that some of our fellows had months of hotspots. As it does not evolve in weakness, there is no matter how long it the twitching time.
