I am so sick of starting to realx over the sym[ptoms then boom something else. I have been twitching for 3 months now--checked by neuro(he saw no need for any further testing). I twitch all over my body but I notice it the most on my left side from head to toe. Both of my feet are in a continual state of twitching--some I can't even feel just see. They are the rapid, fine ones. They also cramp very easy. My feet also feel tingly and sometimes my hand--no numbness though. Then last night I get the vision flashing light and loss of an area of vision. It has been 3 years since i have had one. These migraines started when I was 12 years old, and I get them occassionally. There was a period after having babies I got them almost continually for a month or so. Is this all related or just a fluke I got one yesterday. DO I have MS? _)Please help!!!!!

Hey, Sueboy. I used to suffer from migraines to the point where my life was seriously curtailed. Sometimes I was at the hospital twice a week, just to get drugs that would stop the pain. Now, I, maybe, get one a year, and never of the kind of intensity that they used to be. It is not related to MS, or anything else sinister.

I found that medication made the migraines much worse; Tylenol gives me a migraine every time. I have also heard that migraines are anger turned inward, and I believe this. When we are upset, our viscera churns, food doesn't digest, and then the head can get involved.

There is always "something else" coming down the pike, so we have to develop a philosophy that encompasses this. We are like a river. We meet rocks and rapids as we flow to the sea, but mostly there is long stretches of current that guide us beautifully on our journey.
