Twitching Foot and Muscle Wasting

Ok, so I know a hot spot is when the calve twitches all the time or the arch of feet (like me) so my question is my left foot usually in the same spot twitches..right in center of arch...does anyone else have that or is it all over your foot or calve etc? I am just nervous that it is that muscle that is wasting b/c it usally always twicthes in same spot! I know that weakness would usually come 1st, but what if? I have had enough of this twitching! It never stops!

3 months of every second twitching in the instep and sole of the left foot! not always felt but always there...

Is it the same spot or like the whole arch of your foot? I havent had an EMG yet so I am very scared.

it is the middle of the instep and the middle od the sole below my foot, worse after skiskating or icehockey....had two clean emg, but they did not want to stuck in the foot, said they would see als-related fascics also at other places what they didn't. blizna has the same, and also other people. go in the search mode and look for foot twitches ore have a look at my old posts: you are not alone! greets from switzerland!

Yes, I have read a lot of your posts and seemed a lot similiar to mine. I just wish I had the clean EMG already! I dont have any weakness, but where it twitches I have pain, not horrible, like you pulled the muscle after a work out or something. Did you have pain in the arches of your feet at all? Thanks for answering me! It does help to know your not alone. I just dont understand why it happens.
