Twitching Feet - Worried!

my instep on the left foot and the sole of the left foot are constantly twitching....but the twitches are very fine, looks like waves what scares me...you need to watch them in the ligth and from very close....are yours the same??? thanks for your help!

Exactly..in normal light I cant see them (usually), but when I use lamp and let the foot be "shady", I can see a lot of very fine twitching. I will appreciate your comments too.

yes exactly the same......the ones in the sole i don't feel at all, just see them.....yours blizna?we are two worrier-warriors;-)

I have had some foot twitches that can only be seen in certain lighting too and not felt. I have also had some of shorter duration in my foot arch that can be seen in any light and felt.

wow, i don't even pay attention to if I can see them or not. It is my guess that most times they are not visible unless they are the giant thumper ones, which I don't get very often.Linda

but do you feel them linda...do you have the subtle ones 24/7 as well?
