Twitching Feet: 24/7?

I was wondering for all those feet twitchers...when you twitch 24/7 when you flex and then release it does your muscles go nuts twitching? I will flex my foot and then release it and the twitching goes crazy! It is so scary! Just wanted to know if it was similiar to anyone else...This is mostly my arches. E-mail

That is typicall BFS - twitching after stretching.If I move and push my big toe downwards pretty hard (it needs some training to do that and then release, I twitch pretty much for a while.
