Twitching, Fatigue, and Pain After Months?

I am new here but have twitching for a few months.

Does anyone have a constant feeling of fatigue/pain/tiredness in one arm or one leg or one side of the body (asymmetric) only ?

Mine has been going on for months and although the Neuro exams. are fine, I keep thinking if they are missing something ?

Also, feel that I get tried, out of breath more easily. Anyone else ?

One final question :

My left thigh is thinner than right (although calves are same size). I went through some posts and it seems that size differences can happen but do not understand why should thighs have differences since one uses legs the same amount ?

Please help - very worried about the above !!!

I am new here too and haven't been to the doctor yet for any reassurance. I think that if you've been to the doctor and they did tests and feel you are ok, then you most likely are and it is your anxiety kicking in and making you notice some of these other symptoms that you may not normally notice. At least that's what I do.

I also notice one thigh is bigger than the other, but have never let it bother me. I exercise a lot and I know everyone has a "dominant" side of their body that is stronger than the other, thus probably a little bigger.

Being anxious about symptoms usually make them seem worse.

Hang in there and try not to worry. Even though I'm still worrying about me.

Hi Newbies! Welcome. I agree with Doug. Stick to this sight and think positive!
Yes many of us have pain and fatigue on one side more than the other.
My weaker side is the left. Some days, I feel like the remote control is 25 pounds. Or holding up a water glass and it's shaking, I'm wondering if it's going to end up on my lap. This will come and go. Enjoy it when it's gone, and when it's there, only think positive thoughts. It will go away.
I told my neuro about this weakness, and he said it's common in BFS patients. He also asked me if it is there when I'm playing tennis. It's not. I may be feeling weak, but I go out and I am still hitting with the same power. It's strange.
Find an activity that MAKES you get out (tennis team relies on my to be there). If I didn't have this, I'd sit around and analyse my every weakness.
Good luck and keep your posts coming. No worry is too silly!

Thanks for the replies. I'm willing to let go of the size issue but the pain/fatigue on one side is real and continuous. First it was my right arm only and now it is the left leg also.

This is what really concerns me most since I think that the pain/fatigue in one limb selectively may be a sign of something bad. It does go away if I do not strain it but with some lifting it comes back. This was not there pre-BFS. Not only that, I can understand if it's both arms/legs but it's not.

My running capacity seems to have decreased too and I seem to get out of breath more easily.

This has been going on for months. The neuro. exams are fine but I wonder if they are just missing something. Also, I see that the twitching more most people here seems to decrease over time. For me, it seems to have increased :--(
