I have had this BFS going on two years this month. It just randomly happened one day when I was sitting on the cough relaxing in the evening, and from there it goes nuts. Of course it comes and goes and since my neurologist has it also I try to just deal with it. Anyway I notice lately when I rub my face especially my nose it will really bring on twitches in my face, especially my eyes, it is very annoying
I found slapping or rubbing my feet causes twitches to go off as well.
