Twitching Everywhere - Help Needed!

Is it just me,ive noticed when new twitches appear say on my right elbow one appeares soon after on my left elbow,also one appeared below my right ear then below my left ear same everywere,one inside right ear drum then left ear drum,both hands both feet etc,but legs just constantly ripple away like mad in different parts of the muscle,help!!!!

ive had twitching legs non stop for nearly 4 years and getting worse,small ripples,sometimes in the same spot ,im still going through the wont see my son grow up routine,,do you get tingling numb feeling [without being numb]on tips of toes and buzzing now and then on ankles and also a feeling under your toes as though a piece of something is stuck to them when theres nothing there?
