Twitching Decreasing vs Sensory Increase

1) Have you noticed that on days when sensory stuff increases, twitching tends to decrease? Have you made a special note to ensure you're not just distracted from the twitching - but that it has in fact decreased, maybe even to almost zero? This is the case for me. Today most of the day I have had no spasms. But instead I've had a vibrating foot. As i walk and make impact with the floor, it feels like its vibrating. And some back pain has returned.2) Have most of you come to the conclusion that supplements don't really help much? And have any of you come to the conclusion that they can in fact make things worse? Another interesting thing is that if I skip my morning vitamins, my morning isn't anywhere near as "twitchy". But if I take them later in the day, the hours aftwards definitely seem more symptomatic.3) Have any of you lost significant weight through this experience, despite eating normally? I am down now almost 15lbs. Started out at 195 in September, and weighed in at 180 at the doctor yesterday. Granted, I haven't worked out in 7 weeks, but I've gone much longer than that without losing a single pound.

Supplements don't do jack. I haven't seen one that makes the slightest difference, either good or bad. Of course they will probably make you healthier (assuming supplements do anything at all), but in terms of BFS you are better off saving your money.I haven't lost any weight. In five years I think I have gained one pound. But that's probably because when I don't feel well I eat more crappy fun comfort food. So any weight I would have lost from twitching/anxiety/stress I just made up for with Big Macs.

I did lose weight at one stage even though I was, as far as I'm aware, eating the same, i.e. it was not loss of appetite. I compensated by eating more and managed to gain weight again. I'm now back to my previous weight and eating habits. I put it down to anxiety. The irony of it was I was wanting to lose a bit of weight, but I found it unnerving to do so when I was eating the same.

I lost about 5 kilos last winter... wonder if I will do it this one, when I am in a flareup. Of course no workouta and eating even more sweets etc (I am really crazy about sweet ginger so I was really overusing it last winter).Just got a weighting now - 75 kilos or so (considering a bath thowel on the head ;))) I was 70 last winter and I was really eating a lot of butter, cookies etc, so anxiety really helps to loose weight
