Twitching Calf - BFSer for 9+ Months

My right calf has been experiencing a rhythmic, pulsating, "popping" twitch for the last hour. It won't stop!! I can feel it through my pants leg. These have been coming and going over the last couple days but they haven't lasted this long. I've been a BFS'er for 9+ months but it has been largely dormant for the past several months. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think this is the most common of all symptoms ever described here on the board. I would say if you haven't had this you do not even have bfs.Krackersones

Aproximatively for 5 years for me. It's fun; I do not pay attention after 5 years in BFS.

My calves are the most active part of my body....they vibrate, pulse, twitch, tickle, itch, shake and sometimes hurt.
