Twitching Buttocks - Gym Cause?

Anyone ever have this? My buttocks has had some twitching of late, but the left cheek is really acting up. I did go to the gym last two days and did leg exercises, so I am wondering if thats the culprit because I do feel a little soreness. Every time I get up, or walk around, Ill get this rapid fire twitch which lasts for like 5-10 seconds and stops. Whoa! Its like a fast heartbeat. Those with similar spells chime in.

hey i am having the same! i played squash on saturday and my upper thigh/bottom has been sore and today it is twitching... not constant but i am attributing to the exercise -- i havent played squash for years !( squash is kind of like raquetball )...

so about this butt twitch. was going like crazy yesterday and even this morning. Went in for endoscopy this morning which required me being put out. When I came to, I realized butt twitch was gone. Its been 4 hours, and still no twitch. Huh?

It happens to me as well, these episodes are not frequent, and they usually only last a couple of hours, some have gone for days, but not very often, it is one that has never really bothered me.
