Twitching Below Elbow Joint

I can't find any previous posts on this, but anyway...I noticed that my left elbow seems to be twitching a lot recently just below the joint. It didn't bother me unduly as I thought the twitching was intermittent. However, I've noticed now that whenever I feel my elbow I can feel the twitches very easily with my fingers, even though I can't always see movement or feel it in the actual elbow (if that makes sense). It seems the twitches never stop. Any ideas?

Twitching can happen almost anywhere, at anytime and for indeterminate amounts of time. So.... don't worry about it? )

Thanks for replying Sir_Trouserz. It's just that I can't see or feel this one except when I press on the area, which just seems bizarre! It's like it's going on deep within the muscle.
