Im sorry for keep posting but I feel doomed right now :( I have just felt a few twitches on my back-shoulder (actually is m.infraspinatus) so I went to mirror..and stayed here for 20 minutes. If I tap or grab the muscle, it twitches. If I stretch the muscle slightly for a few times, it starts to twitch. I see the twitching part that is almost 3/4 feet long. It twitch even when I stretch the muscle but I heard in BFS when you move the muscle twitching stops :(
*beep*, Im down again :(

Had,

You need to stop checking and rechecking, and looking for bad stuff. You are convincing yourself at this point.

Had - stop - Don't go there! I have twitches 24/7 in my right calf. I twitch other places too, but they come and go. When I'm out walking (often 8-10 km. or 1½ to 2 hrs) my calf will still twich. I dont notice it when walking, but if I stop walking, it's there.

I still belive I have BFS and not anything else! And so should you!

Deap breath  Kris

HAD! We havn't heard from you since Nov. 9th so I think it's about time that you let us know how you're doing?!?!

Please post a message telling us that you are all right and that you've stopped studying your twitches in the mirror!

Thinking of you - Kris
