Twitching at Night: Scared?

Are there people that wake up from their twitches at night? Last night I woke up because my left arm was twitching like crazy. I'm twitching so hard the last couple of weeks that I'm getting scared again...

Yes. I've had that happen a few times. I panicked at first, but then I realized it was normal...well as normal as twitching can be.

Yesterday was my first year of twitching but the last couple of weeks it seems like I experience new symptomns, twitching places,... I'm really getting scared again that this could be something wrong
