Twitching and Vitiligo Link?

I seem to be developing some mild vitiligo and my dermatologist thinks it could have a relationship with the twitching....for those that don't know vitiligo is loss of skin pigmintation.

i do and i prefer bfs to this crap. makes me depressive to look like a patched cow;-( vitiligo started 10 years ago, 7 years before bfs. i know of another person here but don't remember his/her name. a theory says, that vitiligo is not only an autoimmune issue but also caused by skinnerves being affected in a certain way. but it can also be coincidence as one who usually has an autoimmune desease also has another one as the immune systeme is overactive.

my biposy came back and they said it was post inflamatory hypopigmentation....basically a scar so I hope it doesn't spread...since you and I are both white it's not nearly as bad as if we had dark skin....mines on my pecker
