I have twitches under my left foot that don't stop. Does anyone else have them under their feet? My foot also hurts.I'm so thinking this is not good

Dont know what means "under" your foot.I have them on my left foot and today I had EMG done there - clean. I was told on the foot, especially the muscle abductor hallucis is the most overload muscle and the favourie one for twitching.ChauBao have 6 week nonstop twitching in his foot, mine goes for more than 1 week.

it's on the sole and my foot hurts, it hurts when I walk on it, I'm so scared nowalso kind of vibrations ? twitching? in my leg and foot

Lol, if it hurts, thats good. ALS (except cramps etc.) doesnt hurt. Yes sole foot twitching, yes vibrating and buzzing feeling for me, Laurent and many others described it too.It really could be trapped nerve in this case, that would cause pain and twitching. You can try to excercise your ankle in orded to let thing inside move it.PS: My girfriend injured her shoulder few years ago and had terrible twitches there - just damaged nerves.

Yeah, I got them often in my back, between shoulderbones, on the back side of my arms. Got them too on my chest, abdomen... 8 months, that is excellent...

Im not calves twitcher, but yes, every 1-2 minute I get twitch here or there. My foot twitch more...and I repeat, I have done EMG on this *beep* muscle and it was silent, no denervation..so I dont care how and where..but Im sure I will care again in a few weeks :D)

my left foot is twitching for 6 weeks now, almost nonstop, mainly the instep and the sole of the foot. the other foot? nothing...i am not twitching in the calves so much but also get them in the stomach, the back and arms 123LostSoul456....i have had a clean emg 4 weeks after the fascics onset. the specialists at the swiss als clinic said, no signs of denervation, no als. but yes, it still scares me (i am into this for 2,5 months now). I also have vibratiting/tingling/buzzing sensations in the left foot/leg and also a subtle pin+needle pain with certain movements in my left foot.guys, does the abductor hallux include both parts, the instep AND the sole?

You guys should all focus on the coming holidays; Take your skii's or snowboards and go! Write this on your 'wont do again in 2009' list : I WONT WORRY ABOUT ALS ANYMORE. I WONT LET ANXIETY CONTOL MY LIFE! You will laugh at this in 6 months from now.. well, unless you keep on drooling on your twitches. I barely notice my twitches these days.. only the pains sometimes, and i think you guys should do the same by stop focusing on it.I do have a new scare; My parents are in the 'risk' group.. both 50 years old, and i now fear that they will someday get it.. i hate the anxiety that keeps coming back in so many different ways. But i guess allot more people have such fears.. Maybe its all part of hypochondria or some generalized anxiety disorder. The intense worrying about something is what will mentally destroy you :( In any case,Happy twitching in 2009, incase i forget to visit this place before then ;)
