Twitching and Muscle Shaking/Tremoring

I've been twitching since June. Started pretty widespread, but now it seems localized in my left arm. And truth be told, the twitching has settled down quite a bit, but now I've noticed my bicep muscle shaking/tremoring when I hold it a certain way, e.g. hold a book in that hand or reach for something. I had a clean EMG and brain and cervical spine MRIs back in June, and I've read enough on this forum to know this isn't MS, ALS, or Parkinson's, but it bothers me that my arm isn't getting better -- and the tremors bother me more than the twitching for some reason. I've gone from pins and needles, to numbness, to twitching AND numb, to numb AND tremoring. If anyone's had this progression of symptoms, please chime in! In the meantime, I'm trying to maintain a sense of humor and take a guess as to what my arm might do next. I hope it's something interesting.

Thank you, LisaLM! It's definitely reassuring to know I'm not alone. I guess I'm frustrated because at one point the arm symptoms had completely stopped; and I can't figure out what got them started again. Oh, well. It's encouraging to know that you've been there and are now symptom free. I guess I get discouraged when I feel like I've tackled my anxiety and yet my arm symptoms still seem to get worse. But I guess I need to accept that is this is par for the course with BFS, right? Thanks, again.
