Twitching and Flickering Muscles

Hi all -In addition to the more common twitches, I've been experiencing rapid flickering in a few muscles upon slight contraction:1) In the inner-side arch of the foot, i.e. sit with one leg resting horizontally over thigh then contract big toe slightly downwards, I get flickering all along the inner arch; it's most obvious if I've been walking for a little bit and the foot is tired2) In the area between thumb and index finger (palm facing DOWN) as I slowly and gently (no tension) move the two fingers as if I'm about to pinch then re-open them3) If I force a very exaggerated one-sided smile (like you would do if you're trying to toothbrush your upper inner molar), I get flickering in my neck just under my chin on that sideI hesitate to call these twitches, they're more like an extremely fine, rapid light-bulb flickering (20-30x per SECOND) that you definitely can't feel. Particularly in the foot and hand, they're hard to see in direct light - they're most visible if there's a partial shadow cast over the area. Once you relax the toe or fingers they disappear (although I'll still get the more obvious twitches then).I can reproduce any of the three (in the right light) 24/7. They're always there if I slightly contract the relevant muscle.Anybody ever see something similar to this?

Yep I get them a lot also. They happen so fast. I have to think was that a twitch and then I will have another one. I just started getting those about a month ago before the twitches would go fast but steady all over.

Thanks for the reassurance everyone!Again, I hazard at calling what I described above a twitch because I can reproduce it at will any time in those three areas - it's not something I "get" but rather something I constantly "have" upon contracting those muscles. It's a very rapid flickering that you definitely can't feel. The only reason I found it (in the arches of the foot) is because I also had the conventional obvious twitches at rest. I flexed my big toe slightly, and all of a sudden the whole arch starts flickering like a bulb or lightning bolt.
