Twitching and Dull Pain in Rear

I twitch all over at times.. but constantly in hands, palm and butt, and lately, I have been experiencing a dull pain in the rear when sitting down (at my desk, on a long car ride, etc...). My guess would be that I am sore due to the constant fasciculations down there, but I am curious as to whether anyone else has this symptom? I frequently wake up in the middle of the night with twitching in the lower back / butt area that will last minutes to hours, and I also feel them frequently when sitting down.

Hi thereI get twitching in all the places you mention. I am prone to calf pain, which I never used to get before this all started, and this is where I twitch most.RegardsSimon
