I have a question that maybe somebody can help me out with.I have been twitching for about 2 months now. And I have already made peace with it. Okay, my neuro tells me I probably have BFS, okay no big deal. The only problem is that unlike most people, I didn't have any sort of a virus before my symptoms showed up. I was never sick, I never had the flu, nothing. All of a sudden BAM just widespread twitching and fatigue and general wobbliness. Here's my question. About two years ago, I had a gastro tell me that I have a very mild form of Crohn's. It wasn't severe enough for her to diagnose me with it, but she said that according to a couple of tests, I have latent Crohn's and I'm probably going to have issues with it on and off for the rest of my life.Well guess what? My latest Crohn's/IBS issues started up again at almost the exact same time that my twitching began, about 2 months ago. In fact, I'm guessing it might have been the exact same day. And up to this point, I had been looking at the BFS as causing the Crohn's symptoms (fears = anxiety = stress = multi colored excretia). But what if it was actually the other way around? Is twitching and muscle fatigue actually a symptom of Crohn's disease? Is my twitching just telling me that I'm having a particularly nasty Crohn's flare up for a while? Is there anyone else out there with Crohn's/IBS, as well as twitching? I'm just curious if there is some sort of a correlation here.
