Twitching and Cramping in Throat

Recently my twitching has been very bad, and I have started to experiencing twitching / cramping inside my throat. It makes me feel rather sick when I get it and a bit hard to breathe. Just wondering if anyone else gets this, and if so, have they found anything effective in alleviating it?

Hi,Yes I too get those throat twitching. I get them deep inside my nose as well.I guess they are just like any other type of twitching, though I do admit that similar to the tongue twitching they are most annoying. I had it so bad a few months ago that it made me want to through up. They are gone now thank god.Unfortunately I have no advise for you as of ways to reduce them, apart from trying to ignore and treat them just like any other twitch May
