Twitching After Working: Poll

Hey folks.
It just makes me nuts that my twitches are SO STRONG and I can feel them SO PROFOUNDLY after exertion/working a shift on my feet. My arches--which twitch constantly but rather "lightly"--get aggressive, thumpy and dang strong after a full day.
Which makes me wonder if I'm not alone. Ergo the poll.

Any feedback is always welcome.

Really had to think about this one: twitching doesn't seem to get worse but I don't pay that much attention to it as it rarely bothers me like spasms do. Like you don't remember a bruise you got when your're involved in moving a heavy item. Mostly, I get muscle tension and cramping and I do find, however, that after the muscle cools down, that it can set off cramping in the same general area.

I should answer yes.The relationship has never been that clear, but yestaerday night has been such a bad night that made me rethink about this question.Yesterday PM I've trained my shoulders. 37.5 Kg dumbells for military press + 3 other exercises kicking on the deltoids. After 18 months of twitches, the workload was somehow reassuring. I had not been training for 1 week as I went in holiday.Well, I woke up at 3AM with the most powerful twitches you can think of to my shoulders, particularly the left one. Also, the position of my arm and shoulder did seem to have something to do with it (and this is not the first time I've noticed "positional twitching"). Twitches did radiate to the rest of my limb, yet not has strong and persistant. Even my intercostal muscles did twitch! This morning, as I'm writing, things seems to be better, but I bet the rest of the day will see a relapse of the problem.Nevertheless, this evening I'm going to have a new training session and I'll verify how other muscles will respond to weight training after 1 week of rest.
