Twitching After Salty Meal Intake

as i have written in another thread i was much better after magnesiumorotate intake.today i was invited for a fastfood-dinner at home, i had coke and a lot of very salty meet.now my whole right leg including the sole of the foot does a very fine but superfast twitch, it feels a bit like the tingling we all know but is definitly like a superfast twitch, so fine that i almost don't feel it and cannot see it. what is making me anxious is that it is in the whole leg!? what the *beep*.....anyone experience this also in a whole limb at once?;-(

hi laurent - one handed typing as i am holding the baby so no capitals etc! yes i get periods when my butt, quads, calf and feet all twitch at once in one or other leg or both... sounds as if the unhealthy food didn't agree with you! i am going to try to get hold of the magnesium salt you referred to. all the best, simon
