Twitching, Aches, Pains, Cramping

I have had twitching (generalized) for over a year and the past month or so I have been experiencing aches and pain in my arms and hands and fingers (99% of which is in my left arm. Now the past few days I have been experiencing cramping on the underside of my left forearm. Definitely a cramp-painful. It comes and goes. Lasts a few minutes the, tonight, for example, returned 3 hours later and lasted about 5 minutes. I think this is the final nail....ima mess and don't even want to see a neuro because I know what I'll be told. Its devastating for me.

I've had that. I've been twitching widespread for 6 months and occassionally, I'll get really painful cramps in my right forearm or near my right achilles tendon. It wakes me up out of sleep and is very annoying. -Matt
