Twitches in Abdomen and Lower Chest

Just curious how many of you suffer from these? It seems to be kinda new for me. I get twitches in abdomen, lower chest, hip...a am bit nervous about it as its like 30 per hour just in this places.ThanksDocen

I have them there randomly, All twitches are stressing to me...lol I hate the hip and Butt cheek ones almost as bad as the neck ones.

Docen, I get these all the time in addition I get them in my back and lower ribs. My Neurologist said any place we have muscles is fair game for twitches so don't worry you are not alone with twitching in these places, I have them as well. Totally normal for this condition.Mary )

I get them all the time! I swear I have even felt my bladder twitch. LOL Honestly I really don't think there is a place that I haven't twitched. I really do get them from head to toe and have done to for 2 years now. As Mary said, any muscle can twitch. Nothing to worry about.

I get these every day. Some days I will get them seemingly nonstop, other days they are barely there. I'll go weeks at a time with them in full force.

i find the abdomen are the worst and the scariest.
