Twitches for 3 Years

Hello,I´m still scared ;(I know twitches a long time now, think 3 years. But the last 5 month they make me crazy. they are mostly in my arches of feet (mostly inner side) and in my calfs. These are mostly very fine ( think because of this I so scared) sometimes little bit stronger. I also could provoke the twitches mostly by tapping them (on inner feet). Besides this I have also sometimes twitches on eyelid ( I read that it is not a sign of ALS. But I´m still scared ;( Does anyone have the same. wish you a good 2013.

me too....i would say 75% of my twitcthing is in my calves and feet. parathesia is 50% in my hands and 50% in my legs and feet. so go figure.

thats how mine are too...fine\small in random spots of the calf. alot of times i can feel them and not see them. in my feet they are much quicker and sometimes go for minutes at a time.

24/7 twitches on my calves and arches of my feet. 100's per minute. Nonstop, not one moments break for over two years now. Yes, I know what you are going through. It's weird, it's scary, it's benign.

Most of my twitches are in my calfs and feet. That's where they started. They're still my biggest hot spots. Some of the calf twitches are fine and wavy, and I don't feel them. Others are big thumpers. I can often feel my calfs popping when I drive my car. I get them in my eyelids, too. I get them in my left cheek and in my lips. Very annoying, and nerve racking, but benign nonetheless. Seven months now for me. I've had clean clinical exams and a clean EMG since last Summer. I'm still getting new and different twitches in all sorts of places. BFS is the gift that keeps on giving! If you've been twitching like that for three years now, I'd bet it's safe to say that your symptoms are benign, for sure!Cheers!John

Put me in that categorie. Calfes 24/7. Popcorn, thumpers, fine electrical shockers and most are also unfeelable.Three years puts you in the safe zone for sure, in fact even a few months do this, as ALS allready is on its course when it starts twitching. You would by now have a lot of disabilities, if it was something sinister. And usually it does not start with twitching but with weakness.Lass zucken, Kumpel.. what means: Just let it twitch, Dude..Greetings,LevenLevi
