Twitches between Thumb and Index Finger

Hi,I'm having 24/7 twitches between my thumb and index finger . This is going on for a week now. It seems to me that this is something bad. Does anyone else have these twitches between thum and index finger. It's really a fine constant twitch. I'm scared . Help pleaseFréderick

FreddieTheFox, I had this 2 years ago for over a month straight, in one hand only. In official BFS terminology, it's called a "hot spot." No muscles in our bodies are exempt from this, and no place is worse than any other. You will live.

That sounds mostly anxiety realted to me. Happens alot to people under severe stress. Are you under abnormal stress?

I get that twitch (feel it and see it) too. I also remember reading that it is a frequent place for benign twitches, like those around the eye. I think if you only got them in eye and between the thumb and index finger you would not even have bfs , so if you have bfs you're bound to get them in these places since they so easily twitch even if regular folks.
