Twitch Recruiting: Experiences?

Hi guys Any one get this, when twist my pinky towards my palm my pinky and the side of my hand twitch like a rattle snakes tail.Ive been able to recruit this every time now for around 2 months. Also whats your thoughts on recruiting twitches

I had noticed this myself before. WOW I am not crazy...it coms and goes when I get the internal trembling.

Recruiting twitches mean you can cause them. For example, leaning on your elbow can cause a bicep twitch. -Matt

thank you, of course! i do easily do that, specially by streaching or turning in bed..
