Twitch on Both Sides of Mouth

Hi, me again. Lots of facial twitches lately. Anyone have a "quick type twitch" on both sides of mouth, (a little below the actual lips but where they end)? I've been having this on & off a lot. I don't think it's noticeable to anyone else, but it's a "new twitch" for me. Think I'm having a similar one on both sides of throat, very quick and just occasionally. Thanks for your input. Denise p.s. sleeps a little better---got 5 hours last night. Totally stressed with wedding and now starting the get "hung up" in the health worry mode. Thanks---appreciate your support
