Twitch Muscles Affected by Movement?

Hi again BartIm glad to hear that you throgh all this doing ok. I have most fasciculations in rest but also feel them when I move. I can also produce twitching in almost any muscle :( This scares me so mutch....If I flex my biceps some muscle in that arm starts to twitch. If I put my armbows agains my thighs it almost always twitch. This is something a problem that not many people in here has written about :( Im sorry Bart, now I took over your subject with my own worries.

Is there nobody else that have fasics when they move or flex? Today I having a really bad day, i think I have been feeling weak in my hands, and yeasterday I feelt a twitch in my hands insides(Dont know the eng word), today in light I saw it! It looked really awful, first it made my littlefinger move then it was just there in a spot in my "handsinside" below my littlefinger. It come and goes and it will not stop. Im so scared, plz is there someone else`?

Ty for your answear Edado69! Today I started with magnesium, I pray to god it will help me a little.Have you try it?/L

i get the finger thing too-- it comes and goes.... i take a magnesium supplement too-- i am not sure if it helps-- i will say that some days i barely notice twitches so perhaps it does help....but i hear it takes awhile for it to help.. ( a few weeks?-- but this is just what i heard so don't assume it is true-- its just that if you take them for a few days and nothing seems to be working, continue on and see-- i think it does help a little --but i still get twitches )--i get the same thing in my toes too-- and my tongue and all over etc etc....you are not alone:)

oh-- i have noticed that my calve muscle has twitched while in use, when i was driving -- i posted on this and rec'd some responses from others that the same thing has happened to them.....one theory is that the muscle you think is in use is actually not and therefore not really twitching in use-- ?
