After reading Tui's statements ( and ) I am gonna give it a try. I failed a candida spit test big time. ( ). I ordered Threelac in the states and started yesterday. I will post my experiences later on.
Now here is my question for all of you. Since I don't know how reliable this spittest is, since it's only posted on pages for Threelac, I was wondering if we all could do a little experiment.
Please help out, it only takes one easy action, checking it off and on for 30 minutes and one post here in the community. It might help some of us in the future.
First thing upon arising in the morning, (even before clearing your mouth), spit into a glass of water. If your spit remains floating, in a nice, cohesive "blob", you're probably pretty much Candida-free. However, if after a moment, your spit begins to develop long strand-like tendrils that dissolve down into the water, or if your spit spreads out over the surface of the water, you probably have a Candida condition.
Passing = no candida yeast signs. Failing = indeed candida yeast signs.
See for details and a picture.
