Trying P90x with BFS?

Would it be a good idea for me to try p90x with BFS? Seriously considering it. I will talk to my doctor and whatnot before I do anything but I just wanted to ask the opinion of the BFS veterans.

have no idea about it, but there are tons of stories here starting with: "I alsway was a sportsmen, had a marathon once a week, push up tons of iron, did few cardios a week and all the rest i was swimming, and it ended up with BFS".I mean looks like significant physical loads provoke twitching as well as no workouts at all too. Morevover, BFS causes excercise intolerance, so many of fellows report they have more benefits from stretcing excercise, yoga and other non-focreful physical activity.

Hi, I like playing football and for me really works keeping really hidrated all the time and using some aminoacids like L-Glutamine (real madrid players use it after every match) which helps you recover faster. I hope it helps.Cheers.

Without exercise i would be a mess.. Exercise helps me a lot, i go to the gym twice a week. During the training i don´t feel the twitches a lot less even after the training for a few hours, i think. i heard from a lot of oldtimers that they exercise regularly and it helps them a lot, other ones on the contrary say, it´s not possible. You have to find your way..
