Trying Out a Fizzling Zing

StephG22, hoping you don't mind my making a joke here...but a Fizzling Zing sounds like a great new drink! Would you share some with the rest of us?

My chin has twiched on and off for the last year.
I even can see it contract and realise over and over in the mirror.
My fellow worker noticed it at work one time,

Still ok after 2yrs of twiching.

I haven't had my chin twitch in awhile, but it's twitching today like crazy. It feels like a combination of a twitch, a tickle and a pins and needles feeling and it's only on the left side of my chin. Today must be head and face day because something is twitching on the left side of my head which makes my left ear feel like it is moving, the right side of my forehead is twitching and my right eye is also twitching. Haven't had these ones in a while.
