Trouble Sleeping - Racing Heart

Hey all, right now I'm having an issue as we speak with my sleep, and it seems to happen every now and then. When I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep, I feel like I'm flipping over, and my heart and pulse feels like it's racing and I get buzzing all over. I literally wake up in panic but once Im sitting up awake, I'm fine. I notice this has happened a few days before my period sometimes. Tonight I woke up and had my mom bring me the blood pressure monitor And my Bp was normal and pulse was only 68. Is this something bfsers experience or just a hormone thing? Literally freaking out here and icant sleep! Thanks all

These three are the worst problem for me 1. palpitation and bloatiness (Satan trying to make me explode)2. stiff painful fingers when I am trying to sleep (Satan sitting on my fingers with his fat ass)3. Sleep Start (Satans Poking)So yeah I am in hell...or possessed

Hey Carmen. I'm really sorry you are having these. Remember a long time ago, I told you about my milk concoction that I was drinking every night before bed. These were why. The sleep starts I was having were truly evil. There were nights I was having 4 or 5 before I ever finally got to sleep. They are the worst. But yes, hormone shifts will cause these to increase, and I did notice the same pattern that you are rite now. Is it anxiety increased by hormone fluctuations, or just anxiety, or BFS. I never really did figure that one out, but my anxiety was so high with my BFS so I lean more towards anxiety being the culprit. Mine have not stopped, but they have decreased significantly. Shawna has these pretty bad too, so you can talk to her about them as well, I'm sure she would be happy to share her experience with them.Take care girlieTalk soonRobynn :D)
